Potato soup
Easy to change up depending on what you have on hand. I used leftover grilled kielbasa.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In stock pot, melt butter over medium. Add onion and cook and stir until golden.
* Step 2
***If using meat, cook it with the onions in the butter.
* Step 3
Add 3 cups water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.
* Step 4
Add potatoes and return to a low boil. Cook until done, about 10-15 minutes.
* Step 6
In small container with lid, place flour and 2/3 cup water. Shake until smooth. Add to pot.
* Step 7
With potato masher, slightly mash the potatoes.
