Claypot tofu

Claypot tofu

Ingredient

Food ration :

100 gm

minced pork

1 block

silken tofu

2 tbsp

coconut oil

100 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate 100gm minced pork with light soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Set aside.

* Step 2

Clean and de-vein prawns, marinate with salt and pepper. Set aside.

* Step 3

Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in claypot to coat the whole clay pot base.

* Step 4

Fry minced garlic and white part spring onion in medium/ low heat until fragrant.

* Step 5

Gently add 1 block silken tofu into the claypot. Place the marinated minced pork on top of tofu. Pour in mixed sauce. Cover claypot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

* Step 6

Open the lid after 10 minutes add prawns, broccoli florets and Shaoxing wine. Cook for another 5 minutes. Lastly add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

* Step 7

Garnish with sliced chilli and spring onion.
