Tofu and salad on toast
Here's a plant-based tapa that you can serve alongside other small dishes. It uses tofu, veggies, and extra virgin olive oil from Spain to dress up toast. Try our recipe and serve it this weekend!

* Step 1
Remember that the first and most important thing is to toast the bread properly.
* Step 2
Now slice the tofu and sear it in a frying pan with a glug of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain.
* Step 3
Thinly slice the tomato and cucumber.
* Step 4
Assemble your open sandwich by spreading the toast with a generous spoonful of mayonnaise. Then arrange the tofu, tomato and cucumber on top. Sprinkle with salt flakes and finally scatter with beansprouts or alfalfa shoots.
* Step 5
Finish off with the unique and special touch of a generous drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain.
