Nacho potato basket

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into half. Scoop out well.
* Step 2
Now in pot add water and salt. Cook 80% potatoes. Keep aside.
Now chop onion and tomato
Mint leaves. Crush nachos.
* Step 3
Now mix all the veggies, crushed nachos, salt,red chilli powder, chat masala mint leaves, coriander leaves. Mix well.
* Step 4
Apply red chilli powder and chat masala on cooked potatoes.Fill this stuffing in scooped potatoes. Grate cheese on the top.
* Step 5
Now heat the pan, add oil in it. Once hot put filled potato baskets in it. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Put crispy nachos on the top.
* Step 6
Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney. I enjoyed with tomato sauce.
