Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In big bowl add wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, oil.mix well. Now gradually add water and Knead soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
In big plate grate boil potato. Now squeeze water from the cabbage and add it to the bowl.add grated carrot.kasoori methi, salt,amchur powder
* Step 3
Now in tadaka pan add 1tspoon of oil. Once hot add asfoetida and turmeric powder. Now add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute well and add it to veggies
* Step 4
Mix well. Now stuffing is ready. Divide dough into small portions and roll out chapati. Put stuffing. Close the sides. Lightly roll out paratha.
* Step 5
Heat roti tawa, add ghee or oil to it,now put paratha and cook well from both sides. Serve hot with chilled homemade curd and mango pickle. It's yum. Do try this recipe
