Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cooked rice used here is made with ghee and cumin seeds.
* Step 2
Allow Boiled corn to cool down. Prepare all veggies. Wash and separate mint leaves. Chop coriander.
* Step 3
Heat deep pan, add oil.once hot add cloves,cinnamon, bay leaves. Saute till aromatic.
* Step 4
Add sliced onion, garlic and green chillies. Saute well. Now add sliced carrot and corn kernels. Mix well.
* Step 5
Add garam masala, salt.mix well now add cooked rice.mix well.sprinkle some water.cover it. Cook for a couple of minutes. Serve hot. It is a complete meal.
