Schezwan paneer crispy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop paneer in cubes. Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce. Mix well and marinate paneer for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Add corn flour, maida to paneer pieces. Coat well., make slurry of maida and corn flour and keep aside. Deep fry paneer cubes.Prepare mixtures of sauces. Again deep fry paneer cubes till crispy.
* Step 3
Heat pan add oil, once hot add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute well. Add sesame seeds and sauces mixture.
* Step 4
Mix well. Now add fried paneer cubes. Add roasted sesame seeds. Serve hot. Enjoy
