Pizza pockets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a small bowl take sugar and 1/2 cup like warm water this adds instant dry yeast. keep aside for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Now in a big bowl take all-purpose flour, and add salt. Now add the yeast mixture to this mix gently. Gradually add water to make a semi-soft dough. keep aside for 1 hour.
* Step 3
In a pan add 2 tbs oil, once hot add onion. Saute, now add all veggies to it mix well. and cook for 2 minutes. Add chilli flakes. pizza seasoning.
* Step 4
Mix and cook till the mixture becomes dry. Add grated cheese. (At my place we never get mozerella easily so used regularly) you can use mozerella.
* Step 5
Now gently Knead the dough. Roll out dough. Shred sides, make squares.
Fill the mixture in it. perfectly close sides.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a deep pan. On medium to hot flame fry till golden colour. Serve hot with sauce. You can bake also
