Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate boiled potatoes. In mixer jar. Add corn kernels and coarsely blend.
* Step 2
Add garlic and chilli paste, chilli flakes,garam masala, salt, and corn flour.mix well
* Step 3
Divide it into small portions. give cutlet shape. Spread semolina on the plate. Roll cutlets in semolina.
* Step 4
Cover it from all sides. Heat pan put oil and shallow fry cutlets till golden and crispy.
