Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop cauliflower in florets. Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Now florets became soft add rice flour and besan. Mix well add little water if required.add hot oil as mohan.again mix well.
* Step 3
Heat oil in pan.once hot put floretsin hot oil and fry till golden and crispy.serve hot with mint chutney and sauce.
