Methi malai matar

#thc #thcweek12 #curry #ws1 It's my family favourite recipe.in winters it is must in our thali. This recipe is Little different than Hotel but tastes yum.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and separate methi leaves.wash neatly and keep aside.heat pan add oil once hot, add methi leaves,saute. If you want you can fry leaves.

* Step 2

Now boil green peas. Heat pan add oil to it. Once hot add chilli garlic paste. Saute add chopped onion.saute

* Step 3

Add boiled peas,salt,garam masala,turmeric powder,sugar.saute well now add methi leaves.mix well.cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Now switch off the flame add fresh cream and little water.mix well and serve hot with paratha,naan, roti.restaurant style is different but just try it it also tastes yum.
