Batata Vada is our favorite snack recipe.in winter we want something hot and tasty.here is the one
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mashed potatoes.in tadaka pan add 1 tbspoon oil once hot add 1/2 tspoon turmeric powder and asefoetida.add Ginger, garlic and chilli paste.saute.
* Step 2
Now add this paste in mashed potatoes,add salt.mix well and make round shaped vada.
* Step 3
In bowl take besan, Rice flour,carom seeds,salt,turmeric powder.mix well add 1 tbspoon hot oil as mohan.mix well.Gradually add water to get dosa consistency batter.
* Step 4
Dip vada in it and deep fry till Golden. Serve hot with dry garlic chutney and fried chilli.purposely avoided pav.sometimes it tastes yum without pav. Do try ghis
