Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 4 servin

Cooking time :

50 minutes
1 1/3 cup

semolina

1 cup

milk

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

water

1 slice

lemon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl take semolina add to this powdered sugar.mix well add oil.now with hands mix well and take care that all semolina is covered by oil

Now to this add coconut powder.mix well gradually add milk.there shouldn't be any lump.add baking powder and Vanilla essence.

Now grease mould with oil or ghee.spread dry semolina. now pour mixture. give cuts to it.peel soaked almonds.put on the squares.

* Step 4

Preheat OTG on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.put this mould in it.bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Now in pan add sugar and water.make syrup add lemon slice to avoid crystallization.pour it on Bobousa.enjoy
