Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In Bowl take ragi flour gradually add lukewarm water.
* Step 2
Kneed the soft dough. with hand make bhakri.heat tawa put bhakri on it. spread little water on upper side of bhakri.
* Step 3
Cook from both sides. now on gas stove directly roast it so that it becomes soft.put some ghee and relish with your favourite sabji.I made cluster beans.
