Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk.in vinegar add 5 tbspoons water.mix well add in milk slowly. Separate chena or paneer.
* Step 2
Take paneer,add milk powder,powdered sugar mix well and make paste.
* Step 3
Now in pan add desi ghee, once hot add paneer and sugar paste,add rose syrup and food colour.on medium flame.stir it till it leaves pan.add cardamon powder.
* Step 4
Take out in plate.make ladoos.spread dessicated coconut.roll ladoos in it.put silver foil.serve.
