Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 3 servin

Cooking time :

25 minutes
2 cups

boiled corn

1 teaspoon

chat masala

1/2 Teaspoon

mint powder

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 Teaspoon

lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

As required

Chopped coriander

1/2 Teaspoon

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big bowl take corn, cucumber, carrots, onion, tomatoes, add salt, black pepper powder, mint powder, green chilies, coriander leaves.

* Step 2

Mix well add lemon juice and honey. Again give a good mix and serve with top biscuits. Originally it was served with roasted papad, but I served with biscuits as it takes time to become soft. papad gets soft quickly. Enjoy
