Today I recreated this dal vada recipe shared by Swapna Nair Mein'am.I made some changes but it tastes yum thank you for sharing your recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana dal for 3/4 hours in water.
* Step 2
Coarsely blend it. before blending take out 2 tspoon chana dal. while blending add,ginger,red chilli, green chillies.
* Step 3
Take out mixture in bowl add salt,carom seeds,curry leaves, coariander leaves.mix well.
* Step 4
In deep pan heat oil.once hot keep it on medium heat.put some water on your hand.take some mixture and with another hand press it to get flat Vada.
* Step 5
Deep fry till golden brown. serve hot with coariander chutney.
