#ICF Pav bhaji is one of the best recipe for party. it's comfort food for kids and adults also.this is my family favourite

Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 4 servin

Cooking time :

1 hour
500 gms

potato

250 gms

cauliflower

250 gms

green peas

100 gms

capsicum

2 tsp

salt

2 tbsp

amul butter

3 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop all veggies. pressure cook everything except Onion and tomato.

* Step 2

Allow it to cool down.now in deep pan add 3 tbspoons oil,once hot add finely chopped onion saute until golden brown add tomatoes saute till mushy.

* Step 3

Add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, saute.add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala saute till oil floats.now add cooked and mashed veggies.

* Step 4

Add water to adjust consistency.add amul butter and salt to it.and cook for ten minutes.

* Step 5

Serve hot with roasted pav and chopped onion,grate cheese lemon.enjoy your dish.
