Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice and dal separately for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Chop garlic cloves and green chillies.heat pressure cooker add Desi ghee once hot add mustard and cumin seeds,add chopped garlic and green chillies.saute
* Step 3
Add asefoetida, turmeric powder saute.now put soaked rice and moong dal.mix well add. Salt and water as required.give two whistles.khichdi is ready.
* Step 4
In bowl take curd, put gram flour to it.in deep pan add desi ghee once hot add mustard and cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds,green chillies and ginger y.mix well.now mix curd and gram flour.pour it in deep pan. Add water gradually.add salt and sugar.give two whistles. serve hot with khichdi and papad and mango pickle (homemade)
