Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In bowl take gram flour,add carrom seeds after crushing.add salt, turmeric powder,baking soda.add water gradually to get nice semi soft dough.
* Step 2
Apply oil on dough.divide it in small portion.make small balls.on flat portion spread it with little pressure of lower side of your palm.
* Step 3
Heat oil in deep pan.put fafda in medium hot oil take out when it will float on oil.serve hot with dry chutney and fried chilli.authentically it is served with raw papaya chutney.but I didn't get.enjoy with hot tea
