rice flour

1 tbsp

salt

2 cups

hot water

1/2 tsp

Jaggery

2 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve rice flour, add salt and hot water. keep aside for five minutes.

* Step 2

Knead soft dough. Roll rice roti with hands. roast from both the sides.

* Step 3

Chop potatoes, heat deep pan add oil, once hot add Mustard seeds, chopped onion,saute add turmeric powder, boiled peas mix well.add chopped potatoes,add red chilli powder, salt, Jaggery, garam masala.add water and cook till potato becomes soft.

* Step 4

Serve hot with hot Bhakri. it's a famous Maharashtrian treat.do try this recipe.
