Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Refrigerate all fruits at least for 4 hours

* Step 2

Chop all fruits. Water apple contains 80 percent water which requires in summer.

* Step 3

Here I have used original tulsi seeds.no chia or sabja.it has power to remove toxins and heat from body.soaked this seeds for one hour.

* Step 4

Blend everything in mixer jar along with rose syrup and curd. serve immediately.this is summer special smoothie bowl.do try this recipe.
