Burnt garlic fried rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice in water for ten minutes.I have used regular kolum rice as making it for dinner.you can use basmati.
* Step 2
Chop all veggies finely. fine chop garlic and keep aside.cook rice by adding lemon juice and desi ghee.
* Step 3
Once rice done remove it on strainer and allow it to cool.in pan add oil.once hot add chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.
* Step 4
Take out garlic from oil.in the same oil put spring onion saute add capsicum,carrot,cabbage, green peas one by one and saute till becomes soft.
* Step 5
Add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder, chopped green chillies,salt mix well, add 1 tspoon white vinegar.mix well and add cooked rice.
* Step 6
Mix well and cook for ten minutes.take out in serving plate add burnt garlic and green onions.
