Ingredient

ragi flour

1 cup

semolina

1 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

curd

3 tbsp

oil

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl mix ragi flour, semolina,salt,curd. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Chop onion and chillies, coariander leaves.mix with ragi flour.rest for 20 minutes.

* Step 3

Heat dosa pan.put oil on tawa.spread ragi dosa batter.cook for five minutes.

* Step 4

Take out in plate add serve with coconut chutney.
