Sprauted ragi khichdi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak ragi in water for overnight.drain and keep in muslin cloth and bind it tight and keep for two days in warm place.ragi spraout are ready.
* Step 2
Soak rice and moong dal in water for 30 minutes.chop onion and chillies.chop garlic.
* Step 3
Heat pressure cooker add oil to it.once hot add chillies, mustard seeds,cumin seeds saute,add onion and ragi spraouts. Saute for couple of minutes.then add soaked rice and moong dal.mix well.add salt.close the lid and give two whistles. serve hot with kadhi,papad or just put 1 tbspoon of Desi ghee.tastes yum.here you can skip moong dal.my kid like it so I put.
* Step 4
Ragi spraouts are very healthy. You can use in salad also but when it comes to kids. We need some idea.do try this once.
