Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare steamer on medium heat.
* Step 2
Grease strainer and put sago in it. Sago should not over lap each other. Layer should be thin.
* Step 3
Steam sago for 5 to 7 minutes. Allow it cool completely, add grated coconut, black salt, green chillies, sugar and curd. I have used market brought curd. You can use home-made.today I don't have. Mix all ingredients well and serve.
* Step 4
It doesn't have oil and peanuts.purposely avoided as in navratri all farali food has peanuts which tends to acidity. Simple and tasty recipe. Do try this in navratri.
