Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop capsicum, onions in big squares,take out florets of cauliflower
* Step 2
In bowl take corn flour,all purpose flour,red chilli powder,salt,food colour add ginger garlic paste mix well
* Step 3
Put some water make batter now put all veggies in it.
* Step 4
Heat oil for frying.fry manchurian.take out sprinkler paprika powder and chat masala. It's optional because I kept it like pakoda if you want you can toss in soy sauce and chilly sauce.
