Mix all purpose flour,corn flour.add red chilly powder,salt, food colour,ginger garlic paste

Cut boiled eggs. Dip into batter and fry in oil till cooked.serve with sauce and bread slices or eat as it is.tastes yum.added food colour just to give Chinese colour, you can skip it.taste yummy and becomes crunchy.
