Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix gram flour,rice flour,salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder,carrom seeds,add water gradually,make dosa consistency batter

* Step 2

Slice potatoes and wash carrom leaves

* Step 3

Heat oil in pan, it should be hot when you are frying fritters otherwise it will absorb oil.put potato Slice in batter, cover slices neatly and put in hot oil

* Step 4

Fry till golden colour and crisp,take out on kitchen tissue serve hot with dry garlic chutney and sauce and fried green chillies. yummy 😋
