Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak black eyed peas overnight. pressure cook it giving two whistles
* Step 2
Heat the pan add 1 tspoon oil, first add onions saute for minute then add tomatoes fry till meshy now add red chilli powder,garam masala,salt to it.mix well and cook for five minutes
* Step 3
Make a medium soft dough of wheat flour.make chapati roast from both sides wait for 5 minutes.heat oil in kadai fry chapati to make tacos.remove excess oil
* Step 4
Now take a bowl add cabbage, carrot and beetroot some onion and tomato add lemon juice,salt and pepper chopped green chillies mix well salsa is ready
* Step 5
Now assemble tacos first add black eyed peas,then salsa and add veg mayonese to it. usually cheese has to be added but didn't get so used mayo
* Step 6
Try it firmness of tacos can be improved by using all-purpose flour.but I prefer wheat flour.you can use.yummy protein tacos ready to dig in.
