* Step 1
Boil potatoes, make fine paste of Ginger garlic and green chillies
* Step 2
After cooling mashed potatoes add paste of Ginger garlic and green chillies, salt.
* Step 3
Make round shaped vadas.now in big bowl take gram flour add salt and hot oil.water make batter in dosa consistency.
* Step 4
Dip vadas in batter ond deep fry till golden brown.serve hot with dry garlic chutney and green fried chillies.
