Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a pan roast dry grated coconut.
* Step 2
Boil soya chunks and drain it neatly
* Step 3
Now fry onion and tomato in pan adding 1 teaspoon oil
* Step 4
After cooling make fine paste of onion, tomatoes garlic and ginger.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a kadai add paste to it fry it for 5 mins.then add chilli powder, turmeric,garam masala give one boil.
* Step 6
Now add 1 spoon of dahi to it and boiled soya chunks.add salt as pet taste.
* Step 7
Serve hot with chapati.good amount of protein is there in soya and best substitute for non veg.
