malai
1 cup
milk powder
1 cup
sugar
2 cups
maida
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
as required
Whipped creme, gel, edible colors
as required

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all dry ingredients in one bowl.
* Step 2
In a mixer blend take milk powder, malai and sugar blend till smooth.
* Step 3
Add pineapple essence now add dry ingredients to it mix well.
* Step 4
Grease mould pour cake mixer and bake for 45 mins on low flame.
* Step 5
Rest the cake for cooling now decorate with whip cream and gel cool it for 1/2 hour.
