Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add boiled potatoes, fresh coriander, green chilli, chopped tomatoes and chopped onions in a large bowl.
* Step 2
Then add salt, red chilli powder and chilli flacks.
* Step 3
Now add cumin, Carom seeds and dry coriander.
* Step 6
Take another bowl, add gram flour, salt, Carom seeds and chilli flacks.
* Step 7
Add water and make smooth paste.
* Step 8
Take Kababs and dip in gram paste.
* Step 9
Heat up the oil and fry Kababs.
* Step 10
Fry on medium heat until done.
* Step 11
Kabas are ready to serve.
