Steamed sikh kabab

Today I am sharing with you guys the recipe steam sikh kabab. Try this amazing recipe and share your experience with me.
This is my ramazan Special recipe. You can freeze these Kababs for 2 or 3 months.
Ingredient
Food ration :

Cooking time :
60 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 kg chicken mince and add salt and red chilli powder to it.
* Step 2
Then add chilli flacks, dry roasted cumin and chopped green chilli.
* Step 4
Then add chopped onions and mix throughly.
* Step 5
Make sure kabab mixture is sticky but not to much.
* Step 6
Apply some oil on hands and make kabab shown as in picture.
* Step 7
Then cook in steamer for 5 minutes.
* Step 8
After 5 minutes put out from steamer. cool completely.
* Step 9
Now you can freeze these Kababs for 2 to 3 months.
* Step 10
When you want to eat. heat up the oil and fry on medium high heat for 2 minutes or until becomes nice golden colour.
* Step 11
Steamed sikh kabab are ready to serve. Serve with Rita and Nan.
