It is amazing how Cashew gives a buttery kick.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the onion, garlic and ginger mildly. Heat oil and saute in a pan for 5 mins.

Add in all the dry ingriendients (powder spices)

Add in the blended tomato and tofu(diced).

* Step 4

Lastly add the cashew and milk blend. Let it boil for a bit. Done.
