Bakery style almond cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl, add eggs, sugar and oil and beat until sugar dissolved and light creamy color.
* Step 2
Now add vanilla extract, baking powder and yellow food colour and combine well.
* Step 3
Then add chopped almonds and mix gently.
* Step 4
Now add plain flour(maida) and mix gently.
* Step 5
Take 2 pounds square mold. Line-up with parchment pepper. apply some butter or ghee (clarified butter). designe your almond sketch and freeze for 2 minutes. Now add almond cake mixture and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. (180c temperature)
* Step 6
Once cake is done, remove from oven and leave it for 5 minutes.
* Step 7
After 5 minutes take it out from mold.
* Step 8
Apply some mango jam or honey on top.
