Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sab se pehly aam ko adha namak laga kar 1 din ke liye rakh dain.
* Step 2
Aur phir 2 dafa iska pani UTAR dain. 1 dafa subha aur 1 dafa sham ko.
* Step 3
Phir agle din amm ko kisi alag bartan mein nikal kar bartan ko ache se khushak kar lain.
* Step 4
Ab oil ke ilawa tamam masala jaat ko 1 sath mix kar lain.
* Step 5
Ab masala mein Thora sa oil mix karain ke jis se masala aam ko lag Jae.
* Step 6
Ab aam ko masala laga kar khushak bartan mein dalte jain.
* Step 7
Sare aam ko masala laga kar khushak bartan mein dalte jain.
* Step 8
Ab is ko kisi kapde se band kar 1 din ke liye rakh dain aur darmeyan mein 1, 2 dafa hila dain.
* Step 9
Phir is mein baqi ka oil daal kar 2 se 3 din dhop mein rakhain.
