How to Melt Chocolate

Do not cover the container that holds the chocolate, if water falls on it it will be damaged

Tip. If the optimum point of melting is accidentally exceeded, it can be recovered:
A. Put the container containing the damaged chocolate on the pot with boiling water
B. Add droplets of boiling water in small amounts
C. Mix until it acquires the proper consistency or repeat the procedure again
