Chirashi zushi

Today March 3rd is Hinamatsuri, doll’s festival. We offer chirashizushi for ohinasama dolls.

Ingredient

rice

500 g

shrimps

1 pack

kamaboko

3 tablespoon

shirodashi

2 tablespoon

mirin

200 ml

water

1/2 teaspoon

Sugar and salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the rice and chirashizushi no Moto.

* Step 2

Remove the hull of shrimps. Ringer it well.

Mix water, mirin and shirodashi in a pan and boil shiitake mash rooms for 5 minutes.

Put shrimps in a dashi mixture and boil it for 5 minutes

Mix eggs and sugar and salt. Pour oil in a pan and fry egg.

Slice kamaboko into small pieces.

* Step 7

Slice fried egg into small pieces.

Put mixed rice in a bowl. Add shitake mash room, shrimp, kamaboko and egg on it. Put Nori on it.
