Agedashi hanpen (Fried Hanpen )
Agedashi tofu is our common food. I used hanpen ( puffy cake made of ground fish ) instead of tofu. It's healty and fluffy!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut hanpen into 4 pieces.Sprinkle potato starch on the surface of hanpen.
* Step 2
Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
* Step 3
Heat the oil in a fryng pan and fry the pieces of hanpen until it becomes golden blown.
* Step 4
Pour seasonings (step4) in a frying pan and simmer for 3minutes. It's done!
