Makizushi (roll sushi)

Makizushi is a popular food in Japan. Good for a lunchbox or a potluck party. You can add eggs and tuna as fillings.

Ingredient

4 sheets

seaweed (nori)

4 tablespoons

vinegar

2 tablespoons

sugar

1 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make sushi vinegar, place vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix well. Combine sushi vinegar and cooked rice while it is warm in a bowl.

* Step 2

Cut a cucumber into 1cm loong stick.

* Step 3

Spread a bamboo mat and place a sheet of nori on the mat.

* Step 4

Spread the cooked sushi rice on the top of nori.

* Step 5

Place the long cucumber on the end side of nori. Place a immitation crab, boiled eel and whiteradish sprouts on it. Add some fryingfish roe on them.

* Step 6

Roll up the sushirice (step5) with the bamboo mat.

* Step 7

Cut the roll into small pieces. It's done!
