Rainbow chicken with orzo

Eat a rainbow for health. A recipe where you can get creative adding all sort of colours vegetables.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rub the chicken with the spices and rest for 1/2 hour or overnight if you wish
* Step 2
Sautée the chicken in a non stick pan (oven proof), you can add a drop of olive oil if you want. Reserve on a side once browned.
* Step 3
Chop all vegetables and garlic and sautee in the same pan adding a little bit of olive oil if needed for about 5 minutes or until onion is soft
* Step 4
Preheat oven. 200°C or 180°C fan.
* Step 5
Return chicken to pan with veg. Add 100ml of the chicken stock and lemon juice. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes with lid on.
* Step 6
Add orzo and rest of the stock, lid off and cook in the oven for 20 minutes
