Shannon's Easy Cucumber Salad

When I was little my mom and I would go to a Korean market where they made cucumber salad. This is my version of it. Still haven't been able to get that childhood taste but it is still great!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

5 mins
1/4 medium

red onion

1/4 cup

rice vinegar

1/2 tsp

sea salt

1/2 tsp

sesame seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice red onions in strips. Place in bowl with match stick radishes.

* Step 2

Slice cucumbers about 1/4 inch thick. Add to onions and radishes. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat all veggies.

* Step 3

Serve immediately or as I do; marinate overnight. Top with sesame seeds if desired.
