Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break the eggs in a small bowl and add the salt. Whisk until combined.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
* Step 3
Add the chopped pieces of hash brown.
* Step 4
When browned and crisp, make a space in the middle and add the eggs. Using a wooden spoon, bring in the edges of the eggs as they cook.
* Step 5
Add the Peperamis and scramble everything together for a few minutes.
* Step 6
Serve, with your favourite sauce over the top...
