'Thyme Fries' (vegan)
Using Nigella's recipes for healthy oven fries, where she suggests you can use spices, pesto etc to flavour them up, she says that thyme 'would be delicious'. Well, we got thyme, rosemary and oregano in a window box just yesterday...

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Put cut fries into a pan of cold salted water.
* Step 4
As soon as the pan comes to the boil, drain the fries, tip them onto a clean tea towel, then into a large bowl.
* Step 5
Pour over olive oil, add herbs and seasonings, and use your hands to get them all covered in it.
* Step 6
Put the fries on a baking sheet, and put them into the oven.
* Step 7
Cook for 10 minutes, then turn them around to get the white sides browned.
* Step 8
Cook them for another 10 minutes or so, or until they are nice and crispy and browned.
