Mix milk and oil

* Step 2

Sift flour, add yolk

* Step 3

Beat egg white and lemon juice, add sugar in 3 batches, beat until peaks form. Mix with yolk mixture

* Step 4

Bake 180C for 25min

* Step 5

Mix cream, sugar and salt
