My good friend and former student Mireya gave me this awesome recipe to share! It is tasty and will keep you regular. Please note aloe is a natural laxative. #truthcompass #morningslime #zanshincenter #consciousliving

1-2 servings
4 slices

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In regular blender add all ingredients and blend.

* Step 2

I store half of mixture in jar and drink as two servings. All may be consumed as 1 serving
