Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add all seasonings & mix. Rub your entire slab of flank steak with the seasoning mix. Place in crockpot on high.
* Step 2
Slice up peppers & onion & add to crockpot with minced garlic. Cover & cook for 5-6 hrs.
* Step 3
After the 5-6 hr mark, flank steak should be tender enough to shred with a fork. Should look like the picture below...
* Step 4
You can either serve right away or let cook for another hour before serving on warmed corn tortillas with onion, avacado slices, chopped cilantro & salsa. Enjoy! 😉
