Basted Chicken Thighs Rubbed in Basil, Oregano and Sea Salt

My husband and I have started to eat healthy and the recipes I am sharing are based on daily food exhanges required for us.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

5-10 minutes
3 tsp

olive oil

1 tbsp

dried Basil

1 tsp

sea salt

1 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat pan and add olive oil. Put in low to medium heat.

* Step 2

Mix basil, oregano, and sea salt on a shallow bowl.

* Step 3

Rub chicken in mixture and set aside for 1 minute.

* Step 4

Place chicken in heated pan. Add lemon juice.

* Step 5

Add the onions and pepper.

* Step 6

Baste chicken until brown and cooked.
